Transact is a BT Engage IT browser
based IT procurement tool. The system enables authorised users
to procure, obtain information relating to product, pricing,
availability, configuration and compatibility.
Customers can also produce a wide range of reports and view order progress. The system includes volume licensing management and integration with manufacturer configuration tools. It is fully integrated with our business system to provide real time transaction processing.
Transact can be used to deliver powerful decision support
information directly to a business user's desktop, thus reducing
calls to IT and purchasing teams and releasing time for more
strategic tasks.
