a flexible programme and hands-on facility that enables you
to understand, appreciate and assess the benefits of new and
emerging technology solutions - balancing value with risk
and costs.
The CIC is our centre of excellence providing access to a
full range of solutions. Purpose built, it combines business
and IT consulting with a hands-on technology environment,
enabling clients to review and realign the business benefits
delivered through IT solutions.
BT Engage IT are the only UK IT services provider
to have a Technology Centre demonstrating integrated Microsoft
and Cisco technologies, together with a programme that maps
these solutions to your unique environment.
Capitalising on expert knowledge, best practices and with
customer scenarios built into the showcase, the CIC is a representation
of our reference architecture for its solutions and support
offerings.
A key benefit of the CIC is that clients can see solutions
in action and achieve proof-of-concept rapidly, smoothing
business definition and justification processes and enabling
solutions to be tuned and adjusted in line with their particular
requirements.
