BT Engage IT is pleased to announce that it has introduced Nortel technology to its Customer Innovation Centre (CIC) at Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
The Nortel Communications Server 1000 (CS1000), integrated with Microsoft's OCS 2007 (r2), has been installed into the Customer Centre to enable BT Engage IT to fully demonstrate the Unified Communications (UC) experience.
With the support of BT and Nortel, BT Engage IT can now offer this hands-on facility to reflect real life business and technology scenarios based around the CS1000.
