With Smart Printing Services from BT Engage IT, we will work with you to evaluate your overall requirements, based on business needs and put forward a solution to optimise your print prodivity while identifying areas for cost savings.  As part of this service we will:

  • Identify your total cost of ownership (TCO) for image and print - in terms of both initial costs and operational management
  • Review your support & maintenance strategy - if something breaks, how much time is taken up logging the fault? If a part needs fixing – what is the additional cost of this?

What are Smart Printing Services?

  • Easier management of costs around printing systems as you can buy or lease the printing hardware kit
  • As part of the agreement you are entitled to order toner cartridges / ink cartridges and maintenance kits as necessary, in fact the devices can be configured to order consumables automatically, ensuring ‘just in time’ delivery and no need for stock holding or numerous purchase orders
  • Duration of agreement can be between 12 – 60 months, you decide
  • Premium hotline number to help avoid the queues for logging faults
  • Hardware Support Services
    - including all parts and labour, and flexible response times: hours
    - response time or next day response time
  • Optional remote monitoring

All this from as little as £1.34 per month*

In the current economical climate, customers are looking for creative and cost effective ways of financing these types of service, so to help bring all this together, we are also able to offer various different finance options for example: 

  • Level pay - which is a monthly fee based on projected usage over a fixed 12 month period
  • OR Base + - base cost per device (including services), variable charge per page but covering supplies and maintenance costs
